MBRP Shipping Policy
Order processing time for in-stock products is 24-48 hours for shipment. All orders placed after 12:00pm EST are processed next business day. Most orders still ship out quickly, but additional processing time may be necessary.
- Estimated transit times are currently not available and are subject to a number of factors including product availability, regional restrictions, and ongoing importation fees such as duties or tariffs. Some areas may not qualify for direct shipping, so 3rd party delivery service delays may occur.
- Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipped services are not guaranteed, as MBRP is unable to control any delays that couriers may experience. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Canceled Orders: Canceled orders will have an automatic 10% restocking fee and could be subject to additional fees depending on the processing status of the order. If the order has been processed or shipped, we are not able to stop the order process. The customer will need to contact Customer Support to set up a return.
- Tariffs Update:
- Due to recent changes in regulations, please note that purchases over $2500 USD will require the buyer to provide a US Tax ID # or Social Security Number (SSN). To avoid delays, we can add your Tax ID # or SSN onto your order before it ships.
- Alternatively, you will be contacted by US customs or FedEx to provide your US Tax ID # or SSN once shipment arrives at the US border.
- Due to current shipping restrictions, some orders that have multiple products may ship separately. This will be determined on an order-by-order basis.
- Please advise if you would like us to ship, confirming that you will supply this information, or continue to hold the order.
